Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may be extended during holidays, major sales events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. Free standard shipping is available to customers located in the contiguous lower 48 United States, including Washington, D.C. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping: the shipping cost for those addresses is calculated at checkout from the carrier rates for your address and is shown before you pay.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address, and only where we are required to collect it. When tax applies it is shown as its own line before you place your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery time to the lower 48 United States is 3–7 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii, the delivery estimate shown with the shipping options at checkout applies. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or regional service delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Delays
GothamThreads is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers; severe weather conditions; holidays or peak shipping periods; or carrier service interruptions or operational delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us at support@gothamthreads.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. GothamThreads is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped, and orders that have already entered production or have shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
