Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders shipped to the contiguous lower 48 states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not free: the cost is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. We ship within the United States. See our Shipping Policy for timelines and details.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address, only where we are required to collect it, and shown as its own line before you pay.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Each order has a processing time plus transit time. Exact current timelines are listed on our Shipping Policy page.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. You can also view order status any time from My Account.
Products & Sizing
How is my order fulfilled?
Orders are processed and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, and delivery to the lower 48 United States is typically 3–7 business days after processing. We cannot offer same-day shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
How do I know what size to order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, plus PayPal, at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@gothamthreads.com with your order number and photos of the item within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We cannot exchange an item because a different size or fit was wanted. Our Size Guide helps you choose before you buy. If we shipped a different size than you ordered, that is our error and we will make it right. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

What is the difference between the two tee styles?
The Soft & Light Tee has a soft hand, smoother drape and a less bulky modern shape. The Classic Relaxed Tee is roomier and more structured, with a traditional T-shirt silhouette. Both are unisex. Compare fit and feel and use the measurements on each product.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact support@gothamthreads.com within 4 hours of purchase and before production begins. Include your order number and the change requested. Once fulfillment has begun, changes or cancellation are no longer available. See the Returns & Refunds Policy.
