7-Day Reporting Window
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report a problem with your order. Reports made after 7 days may not be eligible.
What We Will Make Right
If your order has a problem that comes from production, printing or shipping, we will review it and make it right. This covers:
- Damaged items: the item arrived damaged.
- Misprints: the print is faulty or does not match the design you ordered.
- Incorrect fulfillment: we sent a different item, design or size than the one you ordered.
- Other fulfillment defects: any other flaw in how the item was made or packed.
Once your report has been reviewed, we will replace the item, or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.
What We Cannot Accept
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse, or a change of mind or preference.
- A size or fit chosen by the customer that is not the one wanted. Our Size Guide helps you choose before you buy.
- An incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
How to Report a Problem
Email support@gothamthreads.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a copy or screenshot of your order confirmation or receipt, and clear photos showing the damage or issue. All approved returns must include all original items received with the order.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider to process the refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled within 4 hours of purchase and before production begins. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, changes and cancellations can no longer be made.
